Have a question?
Send a cleaner a message or request a call straight from their profile. Ask about your home, supplies, pets, availability or anything else before booking.
Know the price up front
Your first clean is one flat price worked out for your home and shown with your options, no hourly surprises. Recurring visits use the cleaner's hourly rate from their profile.

Book, Clean and Pay
Once you're comfortable with the cleaner, price and availability, pick a day and time on their profile. Angelina texts you to confirm, and you pay by e-transfer when your cleaner arrives.
You choose the cleaner. Cityscape does not automatically assign one to you.
On the day
Your cleaner arrives at the confirmed time and completes the first clean based on what you arranged.

Then Keep the Cleaner You Like
WeeklyBiweeklyMonthly
With recurring cleaning, you can continue with the same cleaner instead of choosing someone new every visit. You arrange the next visits with them directly, at the hourly rate on their profile.
If things change
If your cleaner becomes unavailable or you want someone else, come back to Cityscape and compare new options without starting over.
