About Melissa
Hi, I'm Melissa! I'm from Windsor, born and raised, and I've always been someone who believes in working hard, treating people right, and being someone others can count on. My cleaning experience started when I began working alongside a friend, and it's something I've really come to enjoy. Over time, I've gained valuable hands-on experience and learned how important it is to be consistent, thorough, and respectful of the homes I work in. I'd describe myself as reliable, trustworthy, and loyal. I'm the kind of person who takes my commitments seriously, and when someone puts their trust in me, I want them to know they can depend on me. I believe in building genuine relationships with my clients, getting to know their preferences, and making sure they're happy with the work I do. I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy a friendly conversation, but when it's time to get things done, I stay focused on doing a good job. I know everyone's home is different, and I'm always happy to listen to what matters most to you. I'd love to become someone you can count on to help keep your home looking and feeling its best. Whether it's your first clean or your tenth, you'll always get the same care and dedication from me!

Really lovely experience with Melissa. Before getting started, she asked whether there were any cleaning products we preferred, which I thought was very considerate. She was thorough with the kitchen and bathrooms and paid attention to the smaller details. I appreciated that she listened to our preferences instead of assuming how we wanted things done. Very happy with the results!

Solid cleaning overall. Communication was easy, she showed up when expected, and everything we'd discussed was taken care of. No issues at all.

The steam cleaning was what impressed me most. I wasn't sure how much of a difference it would make, but the bathroom looked noticeably better afterward, particularly around the shower and fixtures. Melissa was friendly and took her time with the areas that needed it. Really pleased with how everything turned out.

Coming home after a long day and seeing everything clean was honestly the best feeling. The kitchen counters were spotless, the floors looked wonderful, and everything was back in its place. I had been putting off a proper cleaning for a while, so it was such a relief. Melissa did a beautiful job. I'd happily have her back!

I really appreciated how Melissa took the time to ask what mattered most to me before she started. I'm quite particular about the kitchen, especially the countertops and around the sink, and she was very attentive to those areas. She was easy to communicate with throughout, and I liked that I didn't have to keep explaining things. The whole experience felt straightforward and comfortable.
