About Michele
I'm Michele, originally from Barrie, Ontario, and a proud mother of six and grandmother of four! With a family that big, you can probably imagine I've had plenty of practice keeping things clean and organized long before I made a career out of it. I've spent the last 12 years working in the cleaning industry, and I've done a little bit of everything. From residential homes and hotels to Airbnb properties and commercial spaces, I've worked in all sorts of environments. Each one has taught me something different. Hotels taught me the importance of presentation, Airbnb cleaning taught me how to prepare a space for the next guest, and residential cleaning has allowed me to work more closely with homeowners and their individual preferences. I'm also mindful of the products I use and prefer eco-friendly cleaning solutions. I believe you can achieve a beautiful clean while being thoughtful about what you're bringing into someone's living space. Something a little different about me is that I also know sign language! I think communication is such an important part of working with people, and I enjoy being able to connect with others in different ways. After 12 years in the industry, I still find satisfaction in seeing a space come together. And with six children and four grandchildren, trust me, I'm no stranger to a busy household!

I'm pretty particular about cleaning, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, so I always explain what I like done beforehand. Michele was patient, listened to my requests and made sure everything was covered. I appreciated her attention to detail and the care she took with our belongings. The results were excellent, and the whole experience felt very straightforward.

We have a dog that sheds like crazy, so keeping the floors clean is always a struggle. Michele did an amazing job getting into the corners and areas where fur tends to collect. She was friendly, respectful of our space and worked carefully around our furniture. The house felt so much cleaner afterward. Really appreciated the help!

I don't think my shower has looked this good in years haha. Seriously, I was so impressed! The bathroom needed some extra work, particularly around the fixtures and shower doors, and the difference was noticeable. Michele also did a great job with the rest of the apartment. Everything smelled fresh and looked lovely. Couldn't be happier.

With two little kids running around, keeping our house clean is honestly a never-ending job. I was a little overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done, but Michele was so kind and easy to communicate with. The kitchen and living areas looked wonderful, and she paid attention to things I usually don't have time to get to. It was such a relief to have everything clean for once!

Good experience from start to finish. Michele arrived on time, was organized and got straight to work. I had a few areas that needed extra attention and the results were excellent. Everything was completed as discussed, and the place was left neat and tidy. Would definitely consider booking again.

What a difference a good cleaning makes! The floors were my biggest concern and they turned out beautifully. I also appreciated how carefully everything was handled. It was such a nice feeling walking through the house afterward and seeing everything looking fresh again. Thank you, Michele!

Really impressed with the level of detail. The kitchen needed quite a bit of attention, especially around the stovetop and cabinets, and everything looked so much better afterward. The bathrooms were done thoroughly too. I appreciate someone who takes their time and does things properly instead of rushing through. Very happy with the overall result.
