Dorothy S.

Something I really appreciated was how careful Dorothy was around our furniture and belongings. I've had experiences where things were moved around and left in different places, but she made sure everything was put back neatly. She also did a lovely job with the floors and kitchen. Very thoughtful and professional.

We had family coming over for the weekend, and I knew I wouldn't have enough time to get the house properly cleaned beforehand. Dorothy was a huge help. She focused on the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, and everything looked so much better by the time she finished. It took a lot of stress off my plate. Really appreciated her work.

This was my first experience hiring a cleaner, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Dorothy made everything really comfortable. She was friendly when she arrived, asked a few questions about what I wanted done, and got straight to work. I appreciated how respectful she was of my home and belongings. The whole process was much easier than I expected, and I'd happily book again.

The bathroom was honestly the main reason I booked a cleaner. I'd been struggling to get the shower doors looking clear again, and there were water spots around the fixtures that I couldn't seem to remove. Dorothy spent extra time in there, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The mirrors and sink looked great too. Definitely pleased with the results.

Anyone with a dog that sheds knows how quickly the fur gets everywhere. I feel like I'm constantly vacuuming, especially around the couch and along the baseboards. Dorothy did such a good job with those areas, and the floors looked fantastic when she finished. She was also really sweet with our dog, which I appreciated. Very happy with the cleaning!

I've had Dorothy clean for me several times now, and what I appreciate most is knowing what to expect. She's consistent, easy to communicate with, and remembers the areas I like her to focus on. It's nice having someone familiar with the house because I don't feel like I need to explain everything each visit. Always a pleasure seeing her!

Overall, I was happy with Dorothy's cleaning. She arrived on time, was friendly, and spent a good amount of time on the kitchen and bathrooms, which were my main priorities. The countertops and shower looked great afterward. There were a couple of smaller spots that got missed, but nothing major. I'd be comfortable booking her again.
